| Functional Responsibility: |
Provides expert guidance and direction to the Engineering Staff for the research, development, design, planning, evaluation, and testing of information technology components, products, and systems for commercial, industrial, medical, military, government, foreign, and other applications. Provides expert consultative support to a functional Engineering area of the project. Develops solutions to complex problems. Works closely with the Engineering Staff to identify the best Engineering solution for highly technical issues. Develops and implements Engineering department policies and methodologies. |
