CONTRACT PROGRAM MANAGER |
| Fifteen (15) years of Information Technology Systems experience, including five (5) years recent experience in a management or supervisory capacity, plus five (5) years of experience in the functional area of the project to be managed. |
| Functional Responsibility: |
Serves as Contractor manager and is Contractor's authorized point of contact with the Contracting Officer. Interfaces with Government management personnel, the COTR, Contractor managers, and customer agency representatives. Responsible for formulating and enforcing work standards and assigning, scheduling and reviewing work. Disseminates policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to subordinates. Makes binding decisions on behalf of the company with regard to all aspects of the contract. Has overall responsibility for the performance of all Contractor efforts. |
| Minimum Education: |
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Management, Computer Science or a related field. Ten (10) years experience in the functional field may be substituted for degree. |
