| Four (4) years of technical experience installing, maintaining, and managing Local Area Networks (LANs), Wide Area Networks (WANs), and Metropolitan Area Networks (MANs). |
| Functional Responsibility: |
Responsible for overall LAN systems and activity. Establishes all related practices and standards, and ensures their conformance with the company's overall information systems policies, goals and procedures. Studies and projects computer resource requirements including personnel, software, equipment and facilities and makes recommendations to management. Maintains currency in new developments and technology. Provides for the training of department's staff and end users. Directs setup and maintenance of library and materials for end user reference. Ensures that security procedures are implemented and enforced. |
| Minimum Education: |
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent technical training. |
