| Four (4) years experience in Information Technology troubleshooting. Extensive knowledge of network management software and Personal Computer/Local Area Network (PC/LAN) communications hardware and software in a multi-protocol environment. |
| Functional Responsibility: |
Monitors and responds to Middle level technical hardware and software problems using a variety of testing tools and techniques. Acts as the backup interface with vendor support service groups or provide internal analysis assistance during outages or periods of degraded system performance. Provides server support. |
| Minimum Education: |
High School Diploma, plus technical training in electronics, telecommunications, or computer network hardware or software systems. |
