VT Milcom 's fully equipped ISO certified manufacturing and fabrication facility offers complete turnkey precision metalwork capability from concept to prototype to production and meets the requirements of NAVSEA specifications for the manufacture of shipboard components and related processes such as welding, brazing, and painting.

The Chesapeake Division consists of a Design and Planning Department and a Production Department that includes Sheet Metal, Welding, Machining, Metal Preparation and Finishing, and Coating Shops. The facility is equipped with advanced shop management software and Computer Numerically Controlled CAD/CAM software such as ProCam, Sheet Metal Pro, and Featuremill, which allows designs to be cataloged for future use and modified without significant redesign.

The facility supports all fabrication requirements under VT Milcom's contracts and produces a variety of computer workstations, tables, shelves, lockers, power distribution enclosures, networking enclosures, EIA rack components, and ruggedized computer mounting accessories as shown in our Product Catalog.
