“I am writing to thank you for the work that your team did in installing the ETVS cabinetry for the renovated control tower at Balad AB, Iraq. Their flexibility in dealing with delays in the arrival of supplies and their patience with working around other prime contractors allowed the Tower to be handed over to the user ahead of schedule. The finished product is one of the best control towers in the Air Force, and probably the best one in Iraq. Your team helped make that a reality. Thank you again, and I look forward to seeing them complete the rest of their work around Balad.”
